Youth Mental Health & Emotional Well-Being Series

Program Overview

We are meeting youth where they are (on their phones and on campus), reducing stigma, creating awareness and providing consistent, trusted guidance while serving as a vital bridge to community and professional support.

This bi-weekly television program/podcast advances the foundation’s mission to measurably support youth mental health, emotional well-being, and resilience by delivering accessible, engaging, and educational content through a trusted media platform. The show combines expert guidance, peer voices, practical tools, and community resources to normalize mental health conversations and empower young people with skills they can use immediately. Hosted by Andreina Pradas and María M Kowalski.
